Before Joining GOS, Hayes was the Marketing Coordinator for Nashville-based Bristol Development Group. While working for Bristol, Hayes handled strategic marketing to achieve multi-million dollar sales and leasing goals for the development of multi-family and mixed-use commercial properties throughout the Southeastern U.S.. Her portfolio includes work in community outreach, event planning, viral marketing, creative branding, market research, print and digital media, graphic design and web design & development. Born in Greenville, S.C. and raised in Atlanta, Hayes holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communications with a major in Visual Communications and a minor in Art Studio from the University of South Carolina.
