I am writing to let you know how very happy I am with the service and products provided by GOS. I met with our rep today. She is fantastic and always a pleasure. In my conversation with her I was reminded of my level of total satisfaction. In fact, I suppose I?m satisfied to the point of taking you for granted and this is what prompted me to contact you. I always know that I?m going to receive a quality product at a competitive price. Any returns or problems are handled quickly, efficiently, and most of all cheerfully.
Other office supply companies call regularly to solicit our business. I listen politely and tell them no thanks, that we are happy with our current supplier. When I think of GOS, I think of our driver. To me he is the face of GOS. He delivers our supplies and he does a fantastic job. He?s always courteous and goes above and beyond to make sure that we are taken care of. He is the primary reason that I choose GOS over the competitors and I wanted you to know that.
I am writing in regards to our phone call about the results of a cost-savings study.
In late August, our company engaged a professional services firm to assist us in identifying opportunities for savings in our purchasing throughout the business. I am happy to inform you that these consultants found that the pricing that GOS has provided to us is in line with their benchmarks, adding that their only recommendation to achieve additional savings is to consolidate all of our purchasing with your organization.
I am also writing to thank you and your staff for working so diligently to accomplish this great pricing, as well as for the quick delivery, prompt and friendly customer service and the "we can do that" attitude of your staff that we at our establishment also work diligently to accomplish for our customers. It is wonderful to work with a vendor that is so in sync with our business philosophy.

I called yesterday and placed an order for some Flip Chart Pads that our VP of Sales wanted no later than 12:00 Noon today for some extensive Training Classes he is conducting. GOS helped me with the order and put “DELIVER BEFORE 10:00AM TUESDAY!” on the order. My driver stopped by here on Monday to drop off a small order, and I mentioned the “URGENT” order that I had just placed with GOS. I almost fell out of my chair this morning when (at approximately 8:30AM, the driver came walking into my office with my order. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU to everyone for helping me to get the right product ordered - and to my driver for making my 'sense of urgency' his sense of urgency as well.
I wanted to take the opportunity to let you know that we have been extremely pleased with our GOS driver, Jim Gallagher. He is not only friendly and courteous but takes the time to place our order in the proper area. This may seem like a small thing but to us it is huge. Having someone who has taken the initiative to find out what our needs are and accommodate us has been a real pleasure. In fact, as you are aware, because of competitive pricing we recently tried another office supply company whose drive failed to provide the same service Jim does. That was the main reason I decided to return to GOS.
The J.L. Mann directories are fabulous. I was shocked when they were delivered to the school. Never have I had someone make my job so easy!
